Komo’s Fidibus Classic electric mill allows you to grind any cereal or vegetable. This mill is the traditional Komo model. Equipped with 85mm corundum stone. 360 W industrial Baucknet motor. Perfect stone adjustment system, allowing a very exact graduation of the fineness of the grinding. This ensures the maximum life of the wheels without wear. The fineness of the grind is regulated simply by turning the hopper during grinding, with total precision. It can be obtained from very fine flour to just breaking the grain. Manual manufacturing. All KoMo mills are tested before leaving the factory. Also for celiacs, Komo has developed a silicone protector, to use the mill to grind flour with gluten and without gluten, without possible contamination. To complete the grinding, if desired, the Fidibus Classic can be adapted to the electric sieve, to sift the flour comfortably. Contains European plug. It is recommended for making flour, designed for home use.
